Designed for the effective washing of different types of wheel rims in gantry car wash systems, VARIANT and SUPERVARIANT are wheel washer discs with variable geometry, fully modular, with brand new convex bristles to penetrate between the spokes during rotation. Light, agile, easy to assemble, they guarantee unsurpassed washing performance for the many cleaning solutions and philosophies
Strengths
Feathering
A soft feathering, regular on all the tips, helps the thread to leave fewer traces on the delicate ones water-based paints. Molecule toughness, color stability, and softness are goals that come achieved 100% thanks to the fully automated production and control process.
Expandable size
The VARIANT and SUPERVARIANT wheel washing discs are made up of concentric sectors whose outward or inward movement widens or narrows the diameter of the brush according to needs.
Ease of maintenance
A few simple steps are enough to remove and install these brushes, assembly times are reduced to a minimum.
Custom colors and graphics
It is possible to choose the graphics that best suit your car wash and the combination of colors among a wide range of possibilities: black, red, gray, blue, etc.

The four brush assemblies (6 for the SUPERVARIANT model) are spaced apart to allow for strategic flexing of the bristles as they rotate in both directions. The expandable diameter ranges from a minimum of 520 mm (20 inches) to 585 mm (23 inches). In operation, it covers up to 685 mm (27 inches) wide.
