STAR/STAR XL wheel washer discs
WHEEL WASH DISCS
Developed for effective washing of different types of wheel rims in car wash facilities portal type, the STAR model wheel washing discs were created for washing on which it is not possible to use diameters over 460 mm (18 inches). With the STAR XL models it is possible to cover diameters of 500 mm (19 inches). Made with bristle design with two perpendicular stem protrusions, ensure sturdiness, cleaning efficiency and high washing performance.
Strengths
Feathering
A soft feathering, regular on all the tips, helps the thread to leave fewer traces on the delicate water-based paints. Toughness of the molecules, color stability and softness are objectives that are 100% achieved thanks to the fully automated production and control process.
Universal fixing
The wheel washing discs produced by MORELITE are equipped with universal fastening so that they can be easily used in any type of car wash without the need to install external mechanisms or require mechanical modifications
Bristles length
Designed for effective washing of different types of rims on roll-over car washes, VICTORY wheel brushes have a “V” shaped two-pronged bristle cut specifically to allow them to bend and deeply penetrate the rims thus ensuing unsurpassed washing performance.

It is possible to choose the graphics that best suit your car wash and the combination of colors from a wide range of possibilities.
