Adaptability

Maximum customization thanks to the use of different materials such as foam, microfiber and technical felt, to create standard or customized brushes based on specific application needs and brushes co-molded in a strong and permanent way on the removable base.

Quick Release

The Plug&More quick-release system allows the satellite brushes to be inserted and locked directly into the radial seats on the structural core (wheel), while at the same time allowing disassembly for maintenance and cleaning without the use of tools.

Structural inner core/wheel

The inner cores/wheels are made of plastic by injection molding, based on Morelite's proprietary design and molds. The tube attachment system is designed to ensure quick assembly and maintenance, while also ensuring the correct angular positioning of the assembled wheel on the tube.

Flexibility

Thanks to a complete range of cores/wheels for coupling with pipes, ROTOFLEX adapts to all types of systems on the market.
