MOREFIL® traditional yarn brushes are ideal for the trucking sector and specially designed for washing large vehicles such as vans, trucks, buses, trains. They are produced exclusively with the highest quality raw materials (polyethylene, polypropylene, nylon, etc.) and allow for a vigorous and very effective friction to remove even the most stubborn dirt, while guaranteeing maximum delicacy on the treated surfaces.
Strengths
SHAPE cut
MOREFIL car wash brushes are also available in the patented SHAPE cut which allows you to follow the shape of the vehicle to be washed. It is particularly suitable for special uses such as train and tanker washing systems.
Feathery split ends
A soft feathering, regular on all the tips, helps the thread to leave fewer traces on the delicate water-based paints. Toughness of the molecules, color stability, and softness are goals that are 100% achieved thanks to the fully automated production and control process
Colors and anti-UV technology
Given the forced exposure to sunlight, the bristles contain additives that protect them from premature aging caused by ultraviolet rays. The available colors have been chosen from among the most resistant pigments available on the market. 11 colors are available and an infinite variety of combinations: single-color, in sectors, checkered, spiral, vertical bands, ecc.
Tufts of filaments
A precise insertion system guarantees the same quantity of threads in each cavity, to obtain perfectly balanced bristled elements to guarantee reliability over time
Quick coupling
The coupling system of the bristle sectors to the pipes has been designed to be quick both in assembly and maintenance. In fact, thanks to the mechanical pressure joint it is not necessary to have tools other than a screwdriver to finally fix a couple of screws on the tube.

They are brushes made entirely by automatic machines: an impeccable electronic welding ensures that the wires become an integral part of the supporting structure for the entire life of the brush. A precise system inserts the same quantity of threads into each cavity, to obtain a perfectly balanced bristle element.

Aging is defined by the percentage of residual toughness. When this reaches 50% of the original value, the fiber is defined as degraded. This value is universally accepted. Tenacity is measured by verifying the force required to break a fiber by traction (tensile strength). In this graph which reproduces the measurement performed in the laboratory, the actual conditions of use are reproduced. This type of test is called Weather-O-Meter, and is currently the most reliable ever.
