SHAPE cut
MOREFIL car wash brushes are also available with the patented SHAPE cut, which allows them to follow the contour of the vehicle being washed. It is particularly suitable for special applications such as washing systems for trains and tankers.
Flagging
A soft feathering, uniform on all tips, helps the filament leave fewer marks on delicate water-based paints. The strength of the molecules, color stability, and softness are goals achieved 100% thanks to the fully automated production and control process.
Colors and anti-UV technology
Given their constant exposure to sunlight, the bristles contain additives that protect them from premature aging caused by ultraviolet rays. The available colors have been selected from the most resistant pigments on the market. Eleven colors are available, offering an endless variety of combinations: single-color, sector, checkered, spiral, vertical bands, and more.
Tufts of filaments
A precise insertion system ensures the same amount of filaments in each socket, resulting in perfectly balanced bristled elements that guarantee long-term reliability.
Quick coupling
The coupling system of the bristled sectors to the tubes has been designed to allow quick assembly and maintenance. In fact, thanks to the mechanical pressure interlock, no tools are required—only a screwdriver to fasten a couple of screws on the tube at the end.
Bristles Backing
The brush cores are made of plastic material using Morelite’s proprietary designs and molds, at the company within our group specialized in injection molding. An impeccable electronic welding process ensures that the filaments become an integral part of the supporting structure throughout the entire lifespan of the brush. This robust patented fixing system prevents the accidental detachment of a tuft of filament from affecting the adjacent ones, thereby maintaining the strength of the entire bristled element.

MOREFIL® car wash brushes are processed entirely by automatic machines that ensure impeccable electronic welding: the wires become an integral part of the supporting structure for the entire life of the brush.

Aging is defined by the percentage of residual toughness. When this reaches 50% of the original value, the fiber is defined as degraded. This value is universally accepted. Tenacity is measured by verifying the force required to break a fiber by traction (tensile strength). In this graph which reproduces the measurement performed in the laboratory, the actual conditions of use are reproduced. This type of test is called Weather-O-Meter, and is currently the most reliable ever.
