FELT BRUSHES
Made exclusively with high quality synthetic felts, MOREFELT brushes are mainly used in tunnel car wash systems, to wash surfaces with high cleaning power even on the most stubborn dirt. The special multi-layer structure with a meshed core allows to reduce the absorption of water and dirt and to ensure a long life of the brush. Furthermore, the particular surface finish makes the brushes incredibly soft to the touch and allows to significantly increase the cleaning effect on the surfaces. Made in various designs, shapes and sizes, the felt brushes ensure very high performance even after numerous washing cycles.
Strengths
SHAPE Cut
MOREFELT car wash brushes are also available in the patented SHAPE cut which allows you to follow the shape of the vehicle to be washed. It is particularly suitable for high volume tunnels.
FULL TOUCH patent
Technology studied in the wind gallery: the full touch patent consists in the strategic cut of the washing bands that are traditionally anchored in parallel. Suitably spread to “X” now they can work without edge gaps, ensuring the enlargement of the terminal part and therefore better contact with the surface to be washed.
Quick coupling
The hooking system of the backings on the pipes has been designed to be quick both in assembly and maintenance: thanks to the mechanical pressure joint it is not necessary to have tools, except a screwdriver to fix a couple of self-tapping screws.
Brush backings
The supports are made of plastic material on drawings and molds owned by MORELITE with injection molding by a company of our group. An impeccable electronic welding ensures that the strips become an integral part of the supporting structure for the entire life of the brush.
