QUICK CONNECT COUPLERS
The coupling system of the supports to the brush holder tubes has been designed for quick assembly and maintenance. In fact, thanks to the mechanical pressure interlock, no tools are required, except for a screwdriver. At the same time, it is highly durable, featuring both a pressure-fit core fastening and a mechanical screw attachment to the tubes.
BRISTLE LENGTH
Multiple cutting lengths on a single support: the longer bristles easily reach recesses, while the shorter ones form the base of the brush, providing stability and consistent contact depth on the vehicle body.
THE WIRES
A precise insertion system ensures the same amount of filaments in each socket, resulting in a perfectly balanced bristled element that guarantees long-term reliability.
FILAMENT BACKING
The supports are made of plastic material using Morelite’s proprietary designs and molds, at the company within our group specialized in injection molding. An impeccable electronic welding process ensures that the filaments become an integral part of the supporting structure throughout the entire lifespan of the brush. This robust patented fastening system prevents the accidental detachment of a tuft of filament from affecting the adjacent ones or weakening the entire bristled element.
FLAGGING
A soft feathering, uniform on all tips, helps the filament leave fewer marks on delicate water-based paints. The strength of the molecules, color stability, and softness are goals achieved 100% thanks to the fully automated production and control process.
UV-RESISTANT TECHNOLOGY
Given their constant exposure to sunlight, the bristles contain additives that protect them from premature aging caused by ultraviolet rays. The available colors have been selected from the most durable pigments on the market.

The side wash brushes are designed to remove the most stubborn dirt accumulated on the lower and lateral parts of the vehicle, where mud, salt, and road dust residues tend to build up the most.
Their targeted action ensures a complete and uniform wash, improving the overall quality of the service and reducing the need for manual finishing. -
Morelite side wash brushes are developed in a horizontal configuration and made with filaments of different shapes and sizes to ensure longer contact time between brush and vehicle, resulting in more effective friction.
The use of technical materials such as certified polyethylene, polypropylene, and nylon guarantees mechanical strength, elasticity, and dimensional stability even after numerous intensive washing cycles. -
Thanks to the special length and structure of the filaments, the brushes easily adapt to the complex shapes of vehicles, reaching even the most difficult areas such as wheel arches and thresholds.
