Strengths

**SHAPE CUT**

The combined car wash brushes are also available with the patented SHAPE cut, which allows the bristled element (depending on its installation position) to follow the shape of the vehicle being washed. For this reason, it is particularly suitable for special applications, such as washing systems for trains and trams.

**FULL TOUCH PATENT**

Thanks to the innovations of the FULL TOUCH patent, the offset positioning of the washing strips (traditionally anchored in parallel) causes the terminal section to widen, ensuring better contact with the surface being washed. Wind tunnel testing allowed us to identify the ideal cut of the strips, which now work closely together with no gaps between them. Moreover, the rounded root of each strip cut provides both a tear-resistant system and a smoother, more fluid movement of the washing fringe.

**QUICK CONNECT COUPLERS**

The coupling system of the supports to the brush holder tubes has been designed to ensure speed and convenience during both assembly and maintenance. Thanks to the mechanical pressure interlock, no special tools are required—just a simple screwdriver. At the same time, the structure is extremely robust, thanks to the dual locking and pressure action that guarantees stability and long-lasting durability.

**STRIPS BACKINGS**

The supports are made of plastic material using MORELITE’s proprietary designs and molds, at the group’s company specialized in injection molding. Thanks to an impeccable electronic welding process, the strips, inserted into containment pockets and held in a radial position, become an integral part of the supporting structure for the entire lifespan of the brush, ensuring strength and long-term reliability.

**MIXED BRUSH**

The “Sandwich” technology allows TEX to be combined with FOAM through a special patented housing, in which the TEX is inserted inside a FOAM bristle. This innovative system increases the lifespan of the TEX and provides greater rigidity and stability to the bristled sector, thereby enhancing efficiency and resistance throughout each washing cycle.

**CUSTOMIZATION**

During the strip cutting process, upon customer request, it is possible to customize the strip by engraving a logo, code, or identification mark (FOAM only).
