It is not mandatory to provide Registration Data. However, the failure to provide even part of the data indicated as strictly necessary to achieve the purposes stated to in the previous point, will make it impossible for Morelite to provide the Service. Morelite reserves the right to annul the subscription to its website and to interrupt the supply of services if it is detected that the information supplied is false. The subsequent withdrawal of consent to processing stated in Article 13 first paragraph letter. c will lead to the cancellation of the subscription request to www.morelite.sm or cancellation of registration and the services offered.

Some data may be disclosed by the CONTRACTOR to third parties for all the purposes specified above. i.e. those responsible for carrying out activities directly connected and instrumentally with the supply and distribution of the services as well as – after consent from the User – to third parties that offer goods and/or services on Internet, with which the SUPPLY has stipulated trade agreements or partnerships aimed at promoting the circulation and distribution of the Service or rather the offer f new services.

 

RIGHTS OF THE INTERESTED PARTY

Art. 7 of Italian Legislative Decree 196/03 In relation to the processing of personal details, the interested party has the right to obtain confirmation as to whether or not personal data concerning him exist, regardless of them being already recorded, and communication of such data in intelligible form.

o certification that the operations stated in the previous points have been notified to those to which the data was communicated or disseminated, unless this requirement proves impossible or involves a manifestly disproportionate effort compared with the right to be protected.

The interested party also has the right to object, in whole or part:

o on legitimate grounds, to the processing of personal data concerning him/her, even though it is relevant to the purpose of the collection;

o to the processing of personal data concerning him/her, where it is carried out for the purpose of sending advertising materials or direct selling or else for the performance of market or commercial communication surveys.
