Flexibility and Speed
Facile installazione e facile manutenzione grazie all’innovativo sistema di fissaggio e sgancio rapido sia della bandella che del fusto portabandelle. E’ possibile cambiare spazzole a seconda della stagione optando per il tipo di spazzola più adatto: leggero o pesante in base allo sporco che, come è noto, cambia a seconda del periodo dell’anno. Nei tunnel ad alta intensità di lavoro si potrà cambiare velocemente sia le spazzole per il lavaggio che quelle dedicate all’asciugatura le quali è noto che dopo alcune centinaia di cicli perdono il loro effetto asciugante e necessitano un ricambio “PIT STOP”.
Easy installation and easy maintenance thanks to the innovative quick fastening and release system of both the hooks and the hooks holder support. It is possible to change brushes according to the season by opting for the most suitable type of brush: light or heavy based on the kind of dirt which, as is known, changes according to the time of year. In high volume tunnels it is possible to quickly change both the washing brushes and those dedicated to drying which, it is known that, after a few hundred cycles, lose their drying effect and require a very quick “PIT STOP” replacement.
Compatibility and Robustness
Robustness and long useful life thanks to the ultrasonic welding of the straps in the special cavity which replaces the use of the traditional and obsolete fastening/release system using Velcro. Possibility of use with any material (foam, felt, microfibre, or others).
